BantUGent welcomes two visiting researchers conducting research stays funded by the FWO.
Adriel Josias Bébiné is a lecturer and researcher at Université de Yaoundé I and will be in Ghent from 2nd – 31st August for a research stay hosted by Elisabeth Kerr’s FWO-MBAM project, where he will be working on syntactic analysis of the Nuasúɛ language (Mbam Bantu A62A, Cameroon).
Ernest Nshemezimana is an associate professor at the Université du Burundi and will be in Ghent from 2nd August – 4th October for a research stay hosted by Koen Bostoen, where he will be working on updating the Kirundi corpus maintained between the Université du Burundi and Ghent University.
